Enterprise Billing
Enterprise Billing gives Enterprise Admins visibility into their current subscription and a self-serve path to request plan changes — all from within MCM, without needing to contact the MSP directly.
Current Month Billing View
The billing dashboard shows the enterprise's active plan and the modules it includes, along with a breakdown of costs at the module level for the current month. Enterprise Admins can check this at any point during the month — not just when an invoice arrives. This makes it straightforward to verify what the subscription covers and understand how costs are composed.
Plan Change Requests
When an enterprise wants to upgrade or change their plan, the Enterprise Admin submits a request directly from the billing section. The request specifies the desired plan for the upcoming period and can include optional context notes for the MSP. The MSP reviews and approves or rejects the request with a response, and both sides can track the request status throughout the process.
Plan Change History
A full chronological record of every plan change is maintained per enterprise: the requested plan, the user who submitted the request, the MSP's decision, and the date each change took effect. This history is available to both the enterprise and the MSP.
