MSP & Enterprise User Management
How MSPs and Enterprise Admins manage users, roles, and access across the MCM platform.
MSP & Enterprise User Management
MCM provides separate user management layers for MSPs and Enterprise organisations. MSPs manage their own internal team and have visibility across all enterprise tenants. Enterprise Admins manage their own users independently within their scoped view.
MSP User Management
MSP Admins invite team members by email, assigning each a role at invite time. MSP Admins can view all users across all enterprise tenants from a single screen — including their role, status, and last active date — without logging into each tenant separately.
Enterprise User Management
Enterprise Admins invite their team members by email and assign roles that control which modules and actions each user can access. Deactivating a user immediately revokes their access across all modules — a single action in one place covers everything.
Every invite, role change, and deactivation is recorded in the audit log with a timestamp and the acting admin's identity.
