MSP & Enterprise Home & Custom Dashboard
How MCM's ready-made dashboards, home page choice and custom dashboard builder give MSPs and Enterprise teams instant operational visibility.
MSP & Enterprise Home & Custom Dashboard
MCM 2.0 brings every dashboard into one place. Eight ready-made dashboards are available as soon as MCM is running, you choose which dashboard is your home page, and a custom dashboard builder lets you compose your own views from any module's data. Every number is limited to the enterprises and accounts your role can reach, so two people can see different totals on the same dashboard.
Ready-Made Dashboards
Eight dashboards ship with MCM. They appear in the Dashboards list for everyone who can read dashboards, can be opened and shared, and cannot be edited or deleted.
| Dashboard | Highlights |
|---|---|
| MSP Overview | Resources, enterprises, accounts, users and month-to-date revenue, with module adoption, accounts by provider, enterprise status and a table of every managed enterprise |
| Enterprise Overview | One enterprise at a glance: cloud accounts, resources, users and compliance score, cloud cost against forecast, and summaries for FinOps, SecOps, Governance and Orchestration |
| CIO Dashboard | Total cloud spend by provider and account, spend change, budget variance and budget against actual by department |
| MSP Billing | Revenue and growth across all enterprises, active plans, pending plan-change requests and revenue by module |
| Enterprise Billing | An enterprise's plans and modules, current monthly bill, cloud spend against forecast and upcoming renewals |
| Governance | Compliance and policy results in a tabbed chart-and-table view |
| FinOps Overview | Cost and budget views in a tabbed chart-and-table view |
| Discovery Overview | Resource inventory views in a tabbed chart-and-table view |
The three tabbed dashboards (Governance, FinOps Overview, Discovery Overview) can be duplicated, so you can use them as a starting point for your own.
Your Home Dashboard
Each user can set any dashboard they can read as their home page from that dashboard's Settings tab, and remove the choice again at any time. The choice is saved per user, so everyone lands on the view that matters most to them. If you have not chosen one, Home shows MSP Overview.
Custom Dashboard Builder
Users with the right access can create any number of custom dashboards. A dashboard has tabs, a resizable grid and a filter bar for date range, provider, account and region.
Add a Custom Widget to query data from any module (Discovery, FinOps, Governance, SecOps, Observability, Orchestration and the platform itself), choosing the data set, filters, grouping and measures, and showing the result as a table, line, area, bar or pie chart, or stat cards. Or pick from a gallery of Prebuilt Widgets. Every query runs with your own permissions, so results only include what you can access.
You can also describe the dashboard you want to the AI Assistant, and it drafts one for you to refine.
What you get: A single dashboard can combine spend trends, open security findings, governance compliance scores and workspace status side by side, and be reused for recurring reviews or team standups.
Sharing Dashboards
Every dashboard has a Users tab listing who can reach it. Administrators can give people access to a single dashboard with the Dashboard Admin or Dashboard Viewer role, without giving them access to anything else. Sharing a dashboard never reveals data a person could not see elsewhere.
MSP Aggregate View
The MSP Overview aggregates key metrics across all enterprise tenants, giving the MSP a cross-tenant summary of accounts, users, modules and revenue without navigating into each enterprise separately.
