4. Forgot Password

If the user forgets the password, click on the Forgot password link and follow these steps to set a new password:

1. Step 1 Enter your Email ID.
2. Step 2 Click on the Reset Password button.

4.1 Receive Email for Password Reset Request

Check your email; you will receive a temporary password.

4.2 Verify Your Temporary Password

• Step 1 Navigate to the Login URL: http://mcm-app/login
• Step 2 Enter your registered Email address.
• Step 3 Enter Temporary Password: 9A2L6P1L

4.3 Change Temporary Password

Once the temporary password is verified, update your password immediately for security purposes. After the password change is complete, log in using your new credentials.

• Step 1 Enter a New Password.
• Step 2 Enter a Confirm Password.
• Step 3 Click the Update Password button.
