Overview

One console for the whole platform. How MCM 2.0 brings MSP and Enterprise teams together.

MCM 2.0 is one unified platform. Service providers and enterprise teams sign in to the same console, use the same navigation and work with the same modules. What each person sees is decided by their role and scope, not by a separate "MSP" or "Enterprise" application.

What changed in 2.0

  • One sign-in, one console. There is no separate MSP view and Enterprise view to switch between.
  • MSP is a role, not a different product. A user whose role covers all enterprises works at platform level; a user whose role covers specific enterprises or accounts sees only those.
  • Access is precise. Roles are bound to a scope: enterprises, accounts, or a single stack, dashboard, budget, custom tag or governance group.
  • Modules appear when your enterprise has them. Locked modules are clearly marked, with a way to request them.
